A 50% non- refundable deposit on your total room nights is required to secure your booking with us.

You can make your deposit at the lodge on line by: Mastercard or Visa 
credit cards only.

The Bali Payment website is a secure site. Note: payments can only be received in USD$.
If you pay in USD$ by Visa or Mastercard your bank will convert this amount and debit it to your account in your local currency.
Transaction charges
There is a flat rate booking charge of USD$6 automatically added to your transfer by Bali Payment at the time of booking.

Please note: If you pay your final payment at the lodge with cash you will avoid a 4% credit card bank charge & USD$6 Bali Payment fee.

Note: Due to strict regulations here US $ must be no older than the year 2003, be in good condition and not lower than $20 denomination. Tip: If you are using USD$100 notes are given the best rate of exchange

Where to get local currency
The nearest Cash machine is 1 hour from the lodge, if you need to stop at an Cash point machine or Money Changer before arrival at the lodge, please let our driver know, and he will take you there.
Cancellation fees
Before arrival
Your 50% deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your booking prior to arrival. If your cancelation is due to illness or unforeseen cicumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another time within 90 days.
After arrival
A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if you wish to cancel any accommodation nights after arrival.
